PsychoGeography by Will Self

A collection of Will Self‘s columns for The Independent of a psychogeographical nature will be published by Bloomsbury UK in Britain and Canada on 22 October 2007, with illustrations by Ralph Steadman.

Bloomsbury USA has scheduled American publication for 30 October 2007. Notice the changes made to the cover design (below) for the benefit of the American readership:

• subtitle Disentangling the Modern Conundrum of Psyche and Place added
• the word Psycho has been changed to blue type
• illustrated by becomes pictures by (after all, illustrated is one of them fancy words they got nowadays with over ten letters!)
• words by added to explain Will Self’s role in this whole affair
• both contributors names and functions switched to black type
