The 2007 Booker Longlist has been announced, and on it we find Mister Pip, a novel by Lloyd Jones.

Shown below are the three cover designs, in order of preference (from left to right: British, Canadian, American).

The Americans seem to have put more effort into the design of book’s website than they did into the design of its cover…

  1. Actually, the American cover is by far my favorite. The turning page, the way the “p” divides “a novel / by” – I love it all.

  2. i love the british one as its very colorful and artistic. and i love the handwriting of the name of the book. but the american cover is also good too. it looks comfortable. well,i think i would be great when reading a book on the beach.
